Few days ago I was not able to connect to VDP machine by vSphere Web client so I will reboot VDP, can you suggest me what log I can check to understand what happened?
It may be possible that vdp integrity check was running that time and due to this you was not able to login via vSphere Web Client. However would suggest you please check vdp services status next time when faced same issue login via SSH.
Also suggest please login in VDP via web console and check logs there.
