I did an online course VMWARE however, I got some questions about the VDP.

a) I need AD or domain environment to use VDP?

b) Windows machines that I will need to be in backup domain environment?

Hi Slispd,

you do not need an AD for VDP.

VDP creates backups through snapshots from VMs, so there is no need to authorize or login from within the VM.
