VDP Appliance - Alert Reporting

I have a VDP appliance where I can't disable the alert for disk getting full.  We keep getting the email, even though we've modified the alarms file.  What am I missing?

Which alert is triggered here? [002] or [003] ?

SSH into the VDP and run the following and let me know the output:

1. df -h

2. status.dpn (For GSAN usage)

3. mccli server show-prop (For server usage)
