VCSA Backups is stuck at 95%

My VCSA backup job is stuck at 95%.   The duration time is not counting up,  the backup.log file is not showing any new entries.   See attached pics .  The VCENTER has also been rebooted so there is no PID, services hanging or not working.  Any idea how to kill this job,  if I right click on the job,  I can not cancel it.    Job has been in this state since yesterday so not timing out either.

What I would suggest is to SSH into the VCSA appliance and manually check for any running backup processes using commands like ps -ef | grep backup. In case you find any, you can try to kill them with the kill command followed by the process ID. If this doesn't resolve the issue or if no related processes are found, restarting the VCSA appliance services through the command service-control --stop --all followed by service-control --start --all might help clear the stuck job.
