Unable to connect VDR

HI All,

I have rebooted the VDR but after that i am unable to connect the same, getting below error:-

"the virtual machine could not be booted up. If problem persists, please restart or redeploy the Data Recovery appliance "

For long time it is showing "Waiting for the data recovery appliance to boot up.......KIndly help!!!!!

And also in VMware Tools, it is showing "Not running (Not installed) but in backup apliance, vmware tools is running....
