Trying to restore VM from flat and delta .vmdk files.

Hello to all the community and thanks in advance for any help.

Some days ago I worked on a VM and I accidentally delete the wrong directory files, in that moment the VM was active and I can recover machine-flat.vmdk and machine-delta.vmdk. I study the forum and find a similar situations so I decided to follow the indication reported on one post (here) . I've recovered  .vmdk file from the 'flat' one and then the .vmx as indicated. Then I tried to rebuild the chain as suggested in the post studing the provided files.

When I finally restart the VM I obtain an error saying "Failed to power on virtual machine. Unable to enumerate all disks". It is possible that I made some mistake during the recreation of the missing file. If someone could check the situation I'll be very grateful.

Here ls -lisa command

Attached the vmx and vmdk files.

This problem occurs because Windows Server 2008 R2 does not support the AVX feature. In this case, I think what you need to do is that you have to upgrade to Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 to support the AVX feature so that the virtual servers can run as expected and use AVX instructions. cookie clicker

Please show the post where you got those instructions from.

Please be very careful from which post you take advice.

Your vmdk-descriptorfiles look good to me.
Please attach latest vmware.log
