Hi,
I'm using the Synology Active Backup for Business tool to perform daily backups for all of my virtual machines.
While all of the backups seem to be running smoothly, I've noticed an issue in the backup activity log that displays the following warning message:
"Warning: Failed to retrieve the changed blocks (CBT) for the virtual machine."
I am certain that I have already enabled CBT for all of the virtual machines. I added the 'ctkEnabled' and 'scsi0:0.ctkEnabled' parameters, both set to TRUE.
I would like to know if there is anything going wrong and if there is any way to fix it and remove the warning message.
Thank you,
(By the way, I'm new here, and the community is vast. I apologize if I have posted in the wrong section or directory. Sorry.)
The virtual machine may have snapshots. these can interfere with CBT.
Hi, think you, I did not take a snapshot of that; it was come by default. Is there any solution for this?
