Snapshot hanging

Hi all, i have created one job in VDP (8 vm), it starts as scheduled but the day after this is the situation:

- all vm have snapshot attached

- no one ended successfully

- i have to shutdown vdp, remove snapshot, and remove the vm's virtual disk from the vdp

it' happend too frequently ..what's wrong?

Hi I had wrote that post last december, i wrote how i had restored the situation, but it could happen sometimes not 3 day a week.

this night i have stopped the replication appliance, and 4 of 7 vm gone well.

The other 3?

I have runned this command grep -i error /usr/local/avamarclient/var-proxy*/<BACKJOB-ID>*vmimage?.log  as suggested here http://communities.vmware.com/thread/422824?tstart=0 but no indication about the vm no backedup.
