Smart copy problem

Hello,

i have a problem with smart copy in  vSphere;

the problem is: it's impossible to restore any machine from an existing smart copy;

on my plateform, i initiate a scheduler task wich alows to create a smart copy every 2 days, and so i can restore a VM from these "smart  copy";

since 2 days it was impossible to restore any machine, and the smart copy existe always in DataStore.

if you have a respone to my problem, i will be happy to receive it;

Are you talking about the EqualLogic Smart Copy feature?

yes i'm talking about EqualLogic Smart Copy Feature

Make sure you have enough free pool space, they say 5% or 100GB min, but if VM is bigger, no chance to clone.
