Restoring vmdk back to its datastore

I backup my vmdk's through Backup Exec 2010. I am running vCenter 5.0 with ESXi 4.1.

Does VMware or anyone have any tools available for me to restore a vmdk back to its datastore?

Thanks

Hello.

Note: This discussion was moved from the VMware ESX™ 4 community to the  Backup & Recovery community.

Assuming BE2010 allows you to restore the VMDK locally to disk, you could use the datastore browser in the vSphere Client to restore the VMDK to the datastore.

Good Luck!
