Process Data backup, snapshot and security problems

Hi all.
I like a novice in the systems virtualization questions about backing up.

Installed VmWare Data Recovery, set up a job. And everything seems fine.
But the question arises, if the virtual machine is running in memory are private data, whether they will be flushed to disk when the picture?

P.S. virtual machine disk encryption and very not like to have a memory leak on the disc.

For the same reason I would like to know if you can completely disable the hypervisor to save memory to disk at work?

On the recommendation of one of the forums wrote in a virtual machine configuration lines:
MemTrimRate = "0"
sched.mem.pshare.enable = "FALSE"
MemAllowAutoScaleDown = "FALSE"
mainMem.useNamedFile = "FALSE"
prefvmx.minVmMemPct = "100"

And turned off the paging file in windows.

But still, after starting the virtual machine in its directory, a file with the extension *. Vswp

They write that it creates a file vkernel, to save memory pages.
He's not big, 50-70 megabytes, but to see what is stored there can not be.
It worries me.
