Problem with time zone and configuration of time in VMware Data Protection 5.5.6

1. Al VDP connect the following message appears:

"The most recent request has-been rejected by the VDP Appliance."

refers to NTP settings.

there is a difference of 17 minutes.

2. While setting NTP for my area can not add chile ntp.shoa.cl

3. I can not change the date and time manually with hwclock

4.When modify Yask time with me the following message:

"Can not update the dynamic configuration policy."

Please need help with this problem.

Solution:

1. Verify time zone and configuration NTP ESX reside VDP.

2. (VDP virtual appliance)# service vmware-tools restart
