No local time with VDP

Hi,

I've juste deployed VDP on my vcenter 5.1 + Esxi 5.1.

Backup are good but I don't have the backup time for my Bacup.

Currently, in "configuration" Local time is blank and TimeZon is set to GMT+2

On my VM, "synchronize guest time with host" is check.

Any ideas ?

Thanks,

theju

Did you make sure of NTP settings mentioned in the admin guide ?

Yes, seems that all my ESXi hosts have the same time and sync with the same ntp server

Response from VMWare Technical Support :

Problem occur when french language is selected. Simply install an US version of web browser :

VDP has a open bug 41555 right now when UI preference is French  This effects the following issues: Missing locations of date and time stamps:

I] Backup Tab: Next and last run time

II] Restore tab: Date and time for each restore point for a VM III] Report tab: Last successful backup and date column and same info. From details section.

IV] Configuration tab: Date and time next to Local Time text See the attached screenshots for more details.

This is currently scheduled to be fixed in Buzz update. Until this time I recommend you change the localization to standard us to workaround the issue.
