NetBackup 7.0.1, ESXi 4.1 with VMs on NFS

Hey guys, I am a newbie yet on NetBackup and have runto some issues with backup performance in our environment, and wonder what some of you are doing or seeing. I can't believe I am the only one trying to run a flashbackup-windows policy type of my VMs running on ESXi 4.1 where the VMs live on NFS. Can you tell me what your performance has been running this type of job?

We are getting horriable backup throughput in the 1-2MB/s range. The VMs themselves run great!

While someone may respond, I would do a search on the Symantec forums. Check to make sure there aren't any specific requirements/restrictions that apply to your specific NFS storage provider.
