Limit concurrent backups in VDP 5.8

Anyone know how to limit the concurrent backups in VDP 5.8? The registerproxy.sh script no longer does this in VDP 5.8.

Here is all the output that is displayed when the registerproxy.sh script is ran.

Here's the article I was using to try and change the # of proxies.

I found where it can be limited in 5.8. Looks like they added the functionality to the GUI.

Login to your appliance.... https://vdpapplianceip:8543/vdp-configure/

Under VDP appliance click the sprocket and select Manage proxy throughput

This is not working correctly in VDP 6.1, although it did work once, and now has reverted back to doing 8 backups at once, even though the setting is still set to 4.  I've even tried changing the setting again, this time to 3, reboot, etc.  Still not taking effect.

Any ideas anyone?
