Hi,
I know when you install LabManager, it will not let you to backup the VMs created by LabManager (the snapshot is disabled). My question is what is the best way of backing up the LabManager environment. I have heard the best way is to do this at the storage level. So does this mean we cannot backup this environment using vCenter? At the moment our backup team are struggling to find a solution.I would appreciate any advise.
