Impact in changing VDP appliance's IP address

Hello,

I have two VDP appliances. They have been backuping for 2 monthes.

My question is simple, if I change the IP address of the appliances, what will happen?

If I do so, do I have to configure something else?

Is there any risk the backup doesn't work?

You can change the IP adress but you should change the DNS record first. The appliance will do an integrity check during the reboot and this could take a long time. But there should be no risk by doing this. Have done it without any issues.
