Help me with this error please : "An error was received from the ESX host while powering on VM . Failed to start the virtual machine.

I have a VM Machine on ESX 6.0.0 and suddenly I can't power on my vm machine and its get me this error when I try to start it :

"

An error was received from the ESX host while powering on VM VSQL02N00.

Failed to start the virtual machine.

Module Disk power on failed.

Cannot open the disk '/vmfs/volumes/4f93b82e-e9ca9f0f-01f4-0007e9a51c90/VSQL02N00/VSQL02N00_1-000004.vmdk' or one of the snapshot disks it depends on.

5 (Input/output error)

"

I attached log and vmx files and any help would be highly appreciated.

Is it a Microsoft SQL clustered disk?

this vm machine contains a Microsoft SQL 2008 database files but it's not a clustered disk.

As per your log

There is  content ID mismatch is there. I hope this helps you
