HP RDX Drve configuration

Hi all,

I have 3 vSphere ESX 4.01 Hosts running over iSCSI to a NetApp.

Each Host has 2-3 Microsoft 2008 R2 servers (2 x DC, Edge, Exchange, Database, Intranet / Sharepoint, BES & vCentre).

I have installed Veeam to do the backups on DC1 and would like to do the backups to an HP RDX 500Gb cartridge (changed nightly - 5 day cycle).

The NetApp is doing the standard 4 hourly / nightly / weekly snapshots, but I would like to have an "offsite" capacity, the customer can't afford a mirror / DR site package.

The problem I'm having (and I maybe missing a simple solution) is how to mount the RDX drive to Host1 which will also allow the changing of a cartridge each day without doing a mount / dismount in CLI on the host.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I've attached the var/log/messages below:
