I need some help!

This error happens on some VMs, how to solve it?

I deleted snapshots.

I think there is a debug you can turn on for more information regarding the failure.  The most obvious one being not able to access your backup storage location. Did this ever work? Is it just a single VM having issue or multiple VM's?
