File Level Restore always tells me bad username and password OR vm not found in vCenter

Hi can someone help me out, I'm having an issue where I go to https://vdpIP:8543/flr and no matter what password I put doesn't work. 

As far as I know FLR uses the same password as the https://vdpIP:8543/vdp-configure but no matter what I do I can't make it connect. 

Has anyone ever seen this issue?

@anthonyaudi 

Since VDP is end of life, it might not be particularly prevalent in terms of widespread use.

It is definitely time to consider moving away from VDP to something that is supported and updated.

I know it's EoL. 

However, it works well. Veeam good I like it but I have VDP in this case unfortunately 😞

Any other suggestions that might be better than Veeam for VM Backups?
