Do you have the same problem with all VMs?

Version seems fine, but have you done some upgrades?

A few quick questions:

  • Are you able to create a snapshot manually?
  • What size is the VM's HDD?
  • What's the block size of the VMFS datastore?

Yes with all vms

Yes snapshots manually works fine

The size of the HDD is 50 GB

Ok founded.

My VDR was not able to resolve my esx host !

Adding in the /etc/hosts and now works fine.

thanks
