ESXi 7 Datastores inaccessible after power outage - help!

I am running ESXi 7.02.  I am not particularly educated in the management of ESXi, and would love some help in figuring out how to troubleshoot and perhaps bring my datastores back online after I recently lost power... and yes, I ordered a UPS so I can stop this from having again.

I have 4 raided drives hosting one store, and another SATA drive hosting the other datastore.  They are visible in the Datastores list, but I cannot access them in any other way.  I rebooted and verified that the BIOS still is seeing them, and it does... so fortunately this doesn't appear to be a hardware problem.

When I try to click on the datastore names, it just sits and spins.

I enabled SSH and logged into the ESXi server, and it just hangs when I try to do ls on /vmfs/volumes.

What can I do to bring this back to life?  I really hate the idea it rebuilding the server, but if I have to, I will...

Thanks.

If the disks are visible , but can not browse them or list them could be a data corruption -
