We have VMware Data Recovery 4.1. We have Integrity Check errors listed under Events, and no matter how many times we mark the problem items under Restore, they still remain. We haven't had backups run in weeks due to the errors. Would anyone know what could be causing that issue? Thanks
The damaged restore points may not be deleted until a manual integrity check completes successfully. How have you configured your data destinations (vmdks or cifs shares) What sizes are they configured for and how much space is used/free
Do you have any running tasks listed in the Reports tab?
Maybe these kb's will be helpful

Cleaning up damaged restore points in VMware Data Recovery http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1013387
Thanks for reply.
Everything is already configured and there is enough free space.
I've checked the kbs and we take similar steps to clear the damaged. Unfortunately, they still remain.
are you using network file shares to store the dedup'd content? (I remember reading somewhere they can't be any larger than 500GB each or it causes problems)
