DCUI and VpxUser

I accidentally changed permission to DCUI and VPXUSER and now I can't log in to the vSphere .. how can I go back in and switch it to administrator ..

You cannot login directly to ESXi host using the vSphere Client with the root user ?

You can login directly to ESXi host using the vSphere Client with the root user or NOT ? Note, I'm asking about the root user, not the dcui and vpxuser.

‌I can not log in using the VSphere but I can on the server using the root user
