Cannot login to VMware Data recovery web portal

When I attempt to sign in I receive the following error. Not sure when this started happening. What can I do to resolve this?

"Unable to authenticate user. Please try again."

Are you able to login to console with this user and password. If so then portal is have access to this user.

Nope, "login incorrect"

The password was the default "vmw@re"....I didn't set it up so I was trying all of our admin passwords.
