vSphere HA agent error on one host

I have one host that has the following error when trying to enable vSphere HA on cluster. I cannot figure this one out and cannot find any Kb articles on this error.  I have tried disabling HA and reenabling it but still get this same error. Would appreciate any help.

Cannot complete the configuration of the vSphere HA agent on the host. "Applying HA VIBs on the cluster encountered a failure". Failed installing HA component on the host: host-1003 Cannot find metadata for VIB(s) VMware_locker_tools-light_11.1.0.16036546-16321839 in database or depot.

Check the disk usage on the host to make sure there is free space using the commands below. Also if you place the host in maintenance mode -> right click the host you should see an option to reconfig HA for the host.

df -h

vdf -h
