vCenter Server is down

Ques: If esxi host on which VCSA (vCenter Appliance) is running crashes, what will happen to my VCSA (vCenter Appliance)?

Hello.
The VCSA will shut down (abnormal) like the other VMs that are on that ESXi host that has failed.
When the ESXi host recovers you can power on the VMs it contains, you can configure an automatic power on of the VMs even by priorities.

If you have VMware HA enabled, like any other VMs, VCSA VM will also be restarted after some time and you can access VCSA

Also in case, HA is not enabled, you also have the option to restore VCSA (from recent backup) on any other ESXi host using VCSA Installer
