Necessary to disable HA to power down entire Cluster?

Hi,

We have to power down our SAN and ESXi  5.0 cluster due to power maintenance. We will shutdown all VMs and then the ESXi hosts..IS it necessary to disable HA before shutting down the ESXi hosts? I can't find the procedure to shutdown the entire cluster in the Availability guide. Does anyone have experience with this and if so can you please provide the steps?

No there is no need. Just power off all VMs and then all hosts.
