How can find the vm's list that has been rebbot on he other hosts due host failure

Yesterday one of my esxi host reboot and al vms on that host reboot on the other hosts . now want to know how can find the VM's list that has been reboot due HA and reboot on the other hosts?

Either we need to review the events to identify HA restart events --> https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2036555 

OR

Run PowerCLI scripts --> 

VMs restarted by HA 

Which VMs restarted after a HA event

So thanks.

Before create this topic I saw yellow-bricks and powerCli script but both of them are too old none of them did not work me for example I select cluster then from monitor select events and in this page type vspher ha but unfortunately could not find anything, although while click on vm in evnets show the vm has been reboot via vSphere HA.
