Help - HA not working

Hi All,

please help me.

I have problem with HA not working. I don't why it was not working.

1 from 10 esxi goes down (problem with emulex card, but have redundancy), but vm not even restart and move to other esxi.

The HA configuration status is checked (also DRS is checked)

No problem with Datastore multipath (attached)

Datastore heartbeat setting is auto.

No problem with vmotion or DRS (worked)

1. What should i check more for this problem? i can't export system log from host esxi problem, because this host is offline.

2. How to move the VM that stuck in this problem host (can't remove from inventory, also can't add to inventory from vmx file in datastore)? should i remove host problem first from vcenter to add vm to inventory?

VM is locked, can't move it from inventory

the host is disconnected from vcenter or physically off?

because HA doesnt rely on vcenter once the FDM agents are installed, if the host is up, and sending datastore heartbeats, the HA wouldnt migrate the vm

The host is physically off.

How To check if fdm agent Was installed or not in host?

FDM is installed by vcetner when you setup HA, if it wasnt then it would have given you an alert saying the host isnt protected by HA.

if you still cant get your vm back and you really need it you might be able to remove the hsot from vcenter and reintroduce the vm onto another host.

No Alert in my vcenter, only host problem (offline) with HA not working
