Im getting the all too familiar HA errors when I try to enable. HA error indicating the HA agent...
I've cheched the following and all is good...
Check to make sure DNS is configured properly Check to see if you can resolve DNS Check DNS records Make sure you are using FQDN's Make sure your using lower case Check Service Consoles have the same names and networks Disable and Re-enable HA Select Reconfigure for HA on the ESX host
What else am I missing?
Also check /etc/hosts and FT_hosts file that could be very important.

Check here as well
VMware High Availability fails with error: Configuration of host IP address is inconsistent on host
Is the VMware HA was working and all stopped working due to network changes or IP Addresses?
In addition, check that vmkping is initiating successuly to other host(s). and the Service Console has a pingable Default Gateway.
If you are compining the Service Console and vMKernel PortGroups under one vSwitch and you are using vLAN Trunk and Tagging, make sure you are inserting the vLAN ID into within the PortGroups, S.C and vMKernel.
