Fault Tolerance Networking Questions

I'm interested in implementing Fault Tolerance into our vSphere (ESXi) installation however I'm running short of pNic ports and have a question. I have a total of 12 pNic ports and I have them distributed as follows: 4 for LAN data traffic, 4 for iSCSI SAN traffic, 1 for public Internet interface, 1 for management. That leaved me with two ports to implement Fault Tolerance. From what I've read I will need an additional management interface (for redundancy), an interface for vMotion and an interface for FT Logging. Since I only have two more interfaces, can the second management interface be combined with either the vMotion interface or the FT Logging interface?

I think the best way is to leave these interfaces dedicated only to Vmotion or FT logging.
