Please explain FT configured for VM and both the ESX goes down then what will happened with Virtual Machine

Assuming that the two ESXi hosts are respectively running the primary and secondary VMs, then the VM goes down too.

What are the possibilities of two hosts failing simultaneously? Very rare right? And if it happens then it would be because of a disaster. For which Disaster recovery solutions are there. So, FT is more on a OS level redundancy option than at a host level. If something goes down on OS level and the OS crashes then FT helps you stay up and running. But to answer your question yes FT will stop working. But its something that'll rarely happen.
