Cannot power on the Fault Tolerance Secondary VM for virtual Machine XXXXXXX Operation timed out

Hello together,

when I try to setup a virtual Machine into the Fault Tolerance Mode I get follwoing Error

Cannot power on the Fault Tolerance Secondary VM for virtual Machine XXXXXXX Operation timed out

VMware SiteSurvey Report , told me everything looks fine.

System: VC 4.1.0.258902 on Windows 2008 SP2

ESX, 4 time DL 380 G6 Intel X5560 2.8GHz, Memory 110 GB

Performance used 25% in total

I changed the Host, I changed the Networkcard and Drivers without sucess

Do you have any Ideas?

How much memory is given to this virtual machine?

the machine have 4096MB RAM

Have you tried to enable FT with the VM powered off?

Hosts have similar resources?

Have you tried with a "small" VM?
