Cannot deploy template: The host is reporting errors in its attempts to provide vSphere HA support

I've been trying to deploy a virtual machine from a template in a cluster to the same cluster and I am getting the following error.

"Cannot deploy template: The host is reporting errors in its attempts to provide vSphere HA support."

I am fairly new to HA and not entirely sure where to start troubleshooting

Which version are you running? Has HA been properly configured? So has the cluster been created without any errors..
