Maintaining vmware vlan as a code.

Anyone have expirience with maintaining vsphere networks (vlans) entirely with the use of API's.

We need to be able to build the entire Vsphere platform without a mouse. first step is to maintain a dynamic vlan environment.

I have googled a bit but not with the biggest success. We use gradle and terraform in our cloud managament,

How about using the distributed switch. Configure it once, set the VLANs and you can use host profiles or PowerCLI to add the switch to new hosts and add new VLANS?
