Hi,
once i add Cisco N7K Physical switches into the vRNI and it get me error
Recent data may not be available, due to processing lag
and
CPU % goes to 99.97%
Guys any idea?

If you are using vRNI 3.1 you may be hitting the flow limit which is 750k. The vRNI update 3.2 updates this limit to 1.5 million.

For all the people hitting the Recent data may not be available, please apply the latest patch for 3.3 as it is a known issue fixed.
