vcenter operations enterprise services not starting

Hello Communities,

I have installed vcops enterprise in a windows 2008 sp2 64 bits VM with 8 GB of RAM and 4vCPU and a sql 2008 database serveur.

Now everytime I want to start the services I get an error.and if i looked at the log this is what it gaves me. ( see attachments)

Does anyone knows how to troubleshoot this kind of problems ?
