vRealize Operations - custom data center

I'm creating two custom datacenters in vRealize Operations 6.1 Standard edition (each one consisting of two ESXi Clusters). After creation the "Health", "Risk" and "Efficency" show grey question marks as status, but the alarms are correct populated. When I log out of vRealize Operations and log in again (a little later) my custom datacenters disappeared. Does anyone have a clue how to fix this?

Thanks

Roland

The grey "?" badges initially are to be expected.  1) the object you created is new. 2) vROps needs time to aggregate the badge scores for the multiple clusters added to your custom datacenter.  So this is totally normal.

As to why they would disappear, I have no clue, but here are some things to check.  Check under Inventory explorer and see if your custom datacenter still exists as an object.  If it does, make sure you are logging back in with the same user ID as you created them with.  Make sure that user has the rights to view that object.  Preferably, use admin if possible.

Sorry for the delay, but I've been busy the last days because of a storage and server Migration.

Now I've checked the inventory Explorer - and if I log on as admin I can see the custom datacenter, but not, when I log in with the user, with which I've created the custom datacenters. So it seems that I have to adjust the permissions.

Thanks
