vROPs 8.2 - disk space (demand) is unknown

Hi all,

we have vROPs 8.2 installed, out of the box config. After collecting the data for some time, "Capacity" tab on the Virtual Machine object does not display Disk Space demand:

Checking the default policy, it appears that Disk Space data collection for the Capacity Analytics is enabled, but it's not showing up in VM object metrics.

Am I missing something obvious? Please help!

Thank you!

It seems that this was caused by insufficient permissions for the vCenter integration account.

https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-Validated-Design/6.1/sddc-deployment-of-cloud-operations-and-autom... is missing additional privileges required to collect data from the guest OS.

After adding Virtual Machine > Guest Operations permissions and recreating the adapter, vROPs was able to collect guest partition data.

Can you show me a screenshot of your policy page? Need full screenshot.  I am guessing you didn't update all Active Policies
