Hello Community,
i installed vCops few weeks ago and everything is working great. But in the meantime i have a lot of alerts to acknowledge. I just go to alerts - sort for faults - an cancel an alert.
Since i have a lot of entries, i want to select more than one alerts to acknowledge, but everytime i try to do this i get the attached error. One by one is working. Is this a bug or do i miss something? Thx for help!

This is definitely some problem 
I've heard of other customers expiriencing the same issue, but we couldn't reproduce the problem in house.
How many faults are you trying to cancel?
If you can generate a log bundle and send me the link/file as private message, it could help.

I hope its bug since long time ago I had same problem and I did it same way one by one.
