vCenter upgrade error %s

I try to do the upgrade from vCenter 4.1 to vCenter 5 but it does not work. I have this error:

The DB user entered does not have the required permissions needed to install and configure vCenter Server with the selected DB. Please correct the fallowing error(s): %s

I have all rights to my database, "sa", and  _dbo seems to be accurate. Currently my vCenter works well, it is only the upgrade. What is the problem.
