someone can tell me with which account I have to logi to this page

https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/adminLogin.action ??

WHen I open the folowing I use the root account

https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5480

you should use VCOps administrative account, and not the VA (linux) account.
