vC Ops - Unable to update system password. Your password was not changed.

I am running vC Ops 5.0.3 and when I login to the https://x.x.x.x/vcops-custom/ page I am prompted to change my password.

When I enter a new password I get the following error message

Unable to update system password. Your password was not changed.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

Have you tried :

1. Clearing brower cache

2. Use another browser

If that does not work :
