something strange in vrealize reclaimable waste

Hi,

something strange, my first VM Windows 2008R2 Active Directory DC is running, working properly but vRealize says that I can reclaim 100% if vCPU and Memory from it as you can see on the screenshot. The 2nd DC Windows 2012 tuned the same way as no reclaimable waste.

Idle = reclaimable. Your VM is being identified as idle, therefore it's resources are reclaimable. The other DC that isn't shown as reclaiming isn't idle. If you want to change this, adjust the "idle" criteria in the policy applied to this VM.

a couple days running and reclaimable waste is no more 100%
