What do you want to know?
Actually, I take that back. Before you reply, make sure you have thoroughly and completely read and re-read the documentation on Blue Medora's site as well as the page on the Solution Exchange because they will probably answer your question.

Yes, it does. Read https://bluemedora.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/oem_install_config_guide.pdf and look at page 14, NOTE section. It's the same credential. Use regular Oracle Database Credentials if you aren't sure.
this is strange for me because it just get info about database but how can check weblogic service ??
HI:
With Blue Medora's vROps Management Pack for Oracle Enterprise Manager, you can monitor WebLogic J2EE Cluster and instances IF your Oracle Enterprise Manager (Oracle EM) instance has been configured to monitor the WebLogic instances you are interested in seeing in vROps.
The MP for Oracle EM is a 'Manager of Manager' type of Management Pack that is essentially a connector that pipelines metrics, alerts, discovery info, and other data from Oracle EM into vROps.
