how config oracle enterprise managment pack for vrops

Dear all

hi

has anyone install veealize oracle enterprise managment pack for vrops????

(this is for bluemedora)

Actually, I take that back. Before you reply, make sure you have thoroughly and completely read and re-read the documentation on Blue Medora's site as well as the page on the Solution Exchange because they will probably answer your question.

so thanks

but i read all of them please see attach pic my problem now is that after deploy plugin OracleEMAdapter6.2.10400020.pak and enter license now i have to config

after click configure on Oracle EM adapter appear pic1in jdbc url i know have to enter  :   jdbc:oracle:thin:@172.16.24.156:1521:CREDITSDB

and so that i want monitor weblogic server for resource kinds select  Default+Weblogic Related other option are default and for credential don't know which of them have to select

Credential Kind : 1- OracleDatabase Credential

2 - OracleDatabase Credential with vrealize operations

and each of them select have to enter username and password which username ans password have to use attached pic2

in bluemedora documents not say anything about these info

Yes, it does. Read https://bluemedora.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/oem_install_config_guide.pdf and look at page 14, NOTE section. It's the same credential. Use regular Oracle Database Credentials if you aren't sure.

this is strange for me because it just get info about database but how can check weblogic service ??

HI:

With Blue Medora's vROps Management Pack for Oracle Enterprise Manager, you can monitor WebLogic J2EE Cluster and instances IF your Oracle Enterprise Manager (Oracle EM) instance has been configured to monitor the WebLogic instances you are interested in seeing in vROps.

The MP for Oracle EM is a 'Manager of Manager' type of Management Pack that is essentially a connector that pipelines metrics, alerts, discovery info, and other data from Oracle EM into vROps.
