adapter to show up in vcOps

I've got an hyperic server which collects data from some physical machines.

I've also setup the hyperic adapter in vcOps which shows up in the vcOps-custom UI.

Is there a way to show all collected data from hyperic in the vcOps-vSphere UI?

thanks,

Hi,

that is not possible, everything collected by other adapters will show only in the vC Ops Custom UI and you will need to build dashboards for it.

Allthough some metrics might show up in the All Metrics view of an object you should clearly use Custom UI for that adapter. What is preventing you? What is the scenario for not using custom UI?

There is nothing that prevents me to use the Custom UI. I find the vSphere UI easier, prettier and more intuitive to use, so I was hoping to be able to use it for everything.
