Why vrops cannot get report from some objects

I am using :

vrops = 8.0.1.1533

vcenter = 6.7.0.40000

esxi =  VMware ESXi 6.7.0 Update 3

now when I want create a report  "Optimization Report - Oversized Virtual Machines"

it cannot show any data for that machine such as attach pic but there is not problem for other machine just for few of them not show correctly

Are you sure there are oversized VMs? From which object you start the report?
