After I install an Adapter, go to Admin>Support>info, I can see the information about the Adapter.
There is a column called Describe Version. Where is this information from?

describe version is stored in an XML file on the VA. It is present for each adapter. For e.g.,
/usr/lib/vmware-vcops/user/plugins/inbound/vmwarevi_adapter3/conf/describe.xml

That is true for vmware_adapter3. But how about those adapter implemented by 3rd party?
It is not apply to my system for a 3rd party adapter. I did not found the describe.xml in corresponding directory.

It is similar to vmware_adapter3. Look for the 3rd party adapter directory under /usr/lib/vmware-vcops/user/plugins/inbound/.
I did but one of 3rd party adpater does not have the corresponding describe.xml.
So I am wondering if there is other way.....
